Position: Employment Coach/Art Teacher                                                     (January 2022 - Present)
Responsible for young adults with disabilities and assisting them to adapt to different work environments.
Creating a variety of tasks to widen the knowledge of different job responsibilities to reinforce students’ strengths.

Oversaw the after-school pottery program comprising over 70 students across elementary schools in Maryland and Virginia.

Developed and administered lesson plans and managed the kiln and the studio.

Provided frontline customer service to clients including, financial maintenance of customer accounts, screening phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
